Kembo Fitness is a tenant improvement project which transformed a retail space into a vibrant community fitness center. Located in Somers NY, the project incorporated gym equipment in a layout to facilitate the owner's operating procedures.

Keith worked as the inhouse corporate architect at LA | Fitness designing their gym facilities across the US. These facilities were both ground up construction and adaptive reuse. Keith worked with the local architect of record throughout to follow through on the design intentions.

While being employed by Spector Group architects, Keith worked on the Computer Associates headquarters in London. This modern glass structure has a dramatic entry space and the building overall maximizes it's transparent expression.

Keith worked as an owners representative for the Department of Homeland Security. This project is located in Blaine WA is a land port of entry (LPOE) was designed by Bohlin Cywinski Jackson.
